Did this happen after restarting the web server ? I had the same
problem with eAccelerator on Windows (= same code base), at the
same place - cfr. revision 1.26.

After getting the same problem again a while later, I tried a few
other things, and apparently the best "fix" is to clear the cache
for Turck MMCache / eAccelerator after a restart.

I suspect that either the disk cache for that file gets corrupted,
or perhaps the number or depth of includes during the first full
restart from cache causes it to crash...
