I added *~ to the ignore file once, only to find out on windows it 
matches all files, so nothing showed up in citool. It was a long time 
ago, so perhaps this isnt the case anymore now, but it took me well 
over an hour in support to find out what the problem was, so i thought 
it was worth mentioning. :-)
