Changes were applied by jonn to modules/xarcachemanager level 20.
    The following csets were applied:

        I still prefer the DataDict way of doing this were we just tell it what the table should be 
        and the DataDict handles create or alter as necessary.  Supposedly there are some outstanding 
        issues with xarDataDict or some bugs related to certain php 5 versions?
