Summary: "Event Recurs" is not working on adding event due to
                    javascript errors
           Product: App - Modules
           Version: Weekly Tarball
          Platform: All
               URL: http://localhost/index.php?module=julian&func=addevent&c
                    al_date=20090204
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3 - Standard
         Component: Julian
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
         QAContact: [email protected]

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4)
Gecko/2008112309 Iceweasel/3.0.5 (Debian-3.0.5-1)
Build Identifier:

It's not possible to set "Event Recurs" on a page "Add event".
And there are javascript errors: "callingobj is undefined" and "form.month is
undefined".

This is caused by calling js function processEventRepeat (from
xarjavascript/fieldval.js) with just 2 parameters
in templates xartemplates/user-addevent.xd and
xartemplates/includes/modify-datetime.xd while function expects 3 parameters.

PS: Also this templates are somehow partly redundant (see
http://xaraya.com/index.php/newsgroups/xaraya.devel/14358)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install julian from current monotone
2. add event and edit event
3.
