* <li> element not allowed in <div>

* Hardcoded styles
* <b> element is deprecated
* line breaks not necessary
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hook keywords to articles
2. display article with keywords
Proposal:
* Make keywords a simple unordered list or put keywords in <span>-Tags
* Remove hard coded styles
* Remove line breaks
* change <b> to <strong> or make it a heading
