[Bug 6334] xarBLCompiler.php contain build in string (cannot translate)

Error report for <xar:mlstringS> in installer/admin-phase2.xd

1. Change in installer/.../admin-phase2.xd the first <xar:mlstring> to
<xar:mlstrings>
2. Try a localized install
3. You get "Call to undefined function xarDBGetConn() in .../xarTemplate.php on
line 1897
4. Add var_dump(debug_backtrace()); before that line.
5. Try again and you get this nice error report.
