Adding additional flag to xarSecConfirmAuthKey to suppress raising an error

This patch adds an additional flag to xarSecConfirmAuthKey to suppress raising
a Xaraya error. It is optional and turned off by default = current behaviour.

This is useful if you want to check a form from inside a template and want to
show something else than the default Xaraya error message. For example
displaying the original form again.
