Sorting on Descending ID

A Sort argument is delivered uploads_user_db_get_file(). This works if the
upload field has a defined source.

Fields with an undefined source use uploads_user_db_getall_files(). This
function can't sort descending.

Best way would be to change the default sort order in the get functions to
"newest on top".
