These comments are for the template editors, the 'users of Xaraya'. I would strongly advocate to ADD comments, not remove them. And probably my personal viewpoint: in admin view I like the separate links for things. Now, I need to guess which style goes to where, a simple text (translatable as well) makes it all very clear. In user templates this might not be true however.
