Would be great if characters like the letter o and number zero were not used at
all.  Also, the letter l vs. the number 1.  Too hard to tell them apart.

Also, it is not always easy to tell capitals from lowercase.  I guess it might
diminish security somewhat, but it would be great if there were a setting to
make it work case-insensitively.  That is, any letter will suffice as input
even if it doesn't match the case of the one in the image.
