I noticed that in jamaica, module overviews are displayed by default when you
first click on a module link. Module overviews are essentially documentation,
and tho I suppose it might be tempting to make new users look at that
documentation, I don't think they should be force fed. New users might at
first think that there is no way to disable those overviews.

Consider changing the tab that says "overview" so it instead says
"documentation," "help," "about this module," or something like that.

Hmmm, I guess maybe you could present (on all the overview screens) a way to
disable them... perhaps with a link to
/index.php?module=modules&type=admin&func=modifyconfig or maybe even put a
check box directly in the overview and make it clear that by unchecking that
box you are disabling default display of all overviews. Not sure if that's too
much UI.

Looks like the overview links are broken once you disable default display of
the overviews. Maybe that's the intended behavior but it seems like the
overview screens should be possible to view even when their default display is
disabled.

Reproducible: Always
