Revision 26ba1f514c885778725fad9dd9f1eabeade76a43 changed how we store the
authkey seed, which added the current time into the mix.  With the combination
of time and a random value, the module name becomes extraneous.

Never mind the fact that xarSecGenAuthKey and xarSecConfirmAuthKey both fetch
modname from the request info if one is not passed in, which can get confusing.

I suggest we ignore modname in these functions, deprecate the argument, but
don't change the function definitions yet.
