That code looks like a template from an old version of Sitecontact. Do you have
the latest version? 

Latest official version is 1.1.4 currently available from the same page as :
http://xarigami.com/resources/sitecontact_1.1.3

Latest build is at : http://xarigami.com/assets/xarigami/devbuilds/

Let me know if there is still a problem.
