Database Query Error

ErrorNo: 1089, Message:Database error while executing: 'ALTER TABLE xar_sniffer
ADD UNIQUE i_xar_sniff_ag ( xar_ua_agent ( 328 ) ) '; error description is:
'Incorrect sub part key. The used key part isn't a string, the used length is
longer than the key part or the table handler doesn't support unique sub keys'.

A database query could not be executed, either because the query could not be
understood or because it returned unexpected results.

1. fresh install w/ latest pull of sniffer module
2. click install within modules
3. error generated
