At /?module=uploads&type=admin&func=view it would be nice to be able to filter
by file association.  That is, add a dropdown to the filtering options so the
user can list all files associated with a particular association.  That way it
would be easier to delete all files associated with a particular pub type,
whereas at present, in the View Associations tab, it's possible to delete the
associations but not the files themselves.
