Xaraya folks aren't evil. Zoom, Harry, John C., Gregor, Steve 
Macgregor and some others and simply lack diplomatic tact and good bed 
side manners. 

Most of the problems we face now stem from the in fighting we 
wittnessed back in the early days of the PostNuke core development 
group. Monkey see monkey do. It's the community that should be 
important not a core development team. A project leader needs to 
assess the needs of the general community not a special interest 
group. 

Perhaps we simply need new leadership or a more democratic community. 
I personally love Xaraya and PostNuke.

Harry was left as the defualt project leader. I don't think he was 
elected through a democratic vote. Regardless Harry and John are at 
the mercy of the general communty. Project leaders come and go... GPL 
code lasts forever.

Zoom did adress the 'Open Letter to the PostNuke Community' but it 
seems the link is now missing... hmmmm.

I like Block Layout in concept and Encompass. In fact we forked 
Encompass and are calling it Xanthia. Xanthia could provide a nice UI 
for Block Layout.

There is more than Rick and Craig. I've begun contacting 
Developers "untainted" by the past. We plan on moving in on both 
PostNuke and Xaraya code bases. Our clients pay us to do this.

I'm not putting credits on Xarara. I'm holding the DDF accountable for 
present and future actions. I do not see why the DDF cannot join 
resources with the FSF. Aren't we about the philosophy behind the GPL 
or is it all simply business? I think business and ideology go hand in 
hand. That's what a mission statement represents. Any good business 
plan has a mission statement ;)

That old paradigm my be replaced soon. Time will tell. Let's give 
control to the community, assign new leadership and see what happens 
next ;)
