Plesk is pretty good on the management level and I use it on 2 of my 
servers, but as far as the UI goes it's not as good as Cpanel's. If 
Cpanel would just iron out some of their bugs and concentrate on 
stability instead of features I would be a happy camper.

Plesk is also very stable and I would recommend it to most hosting 
companies who are looking for stability over features and eyecandy.
