Against the grain: getting projects to work together

Open source projects dont work together nearly as often as the availability
of the source code would suggest. Cultural differences between projects,
egoes, and many other issues stand in the way. Is there a way out? In this
article, we take stock on that issue, based on our experience with OSCOM. We
are very curious to learn what others think about the issue.
