As Mike says, try the public-dev mailing list to start with but if needs 
be I'm happy to create a new list.

As for development the code could/should go in bitkeeper in the 
xaraya-modules repository.
Whether you want to put all code changes in that way or into CVS first 
then bitkeeper is up to you, but I wholeheartedly recommend BitKeeper. 
Once you start using it you'll never go back to CVS again.

As for a name - may I rather boringly suggest simply "Calendar". It 
describes what it is so will make sense on the modules list and also 
implies that this is the calendar module to end all calendar modules.
