Can you help me with some reseach?

Hi,

Could you do me a favour and have a quick read through a questionnaire that
I have written for some research that I am undertaking as part of my degree
course? I am researching what influence the software licence has on the
consumer buying decision and whether any preconceptions exist.

The questionnaire is in Word format and can be found on my website

Can you let me know what you think? If there are any errors? or if you have
any suggestions on how I can improve the questionnaire?
