Computer Assisted Reporting: help anyone?

Folks,

in Brazil, we're founding an Institute similar to http://www.ire.org

I'm trying to reach some programmers to develop GPL tools, both online
and/or offline, to be used in such activities. It'd be a volunteer
job, and I'm doing this by myself and not in behalf of them, at least
for now. The project would be hosted on SF.net.

If you know of anyone who would be interested in helping us, please,
let me know. Spanish, English or Portuguese tools are all OK.
