PHP Question: Print Page length

This is a hypothetical.

I want to display a page that will be hardcopied but the page is longer
than a standard print page (for me it would be A4 size - but it could be
user definable). How could I do this?  Is this possible when there are
user definable fonts (ala theme/template)?
