Hi, I know this was last year's topic, (albeit towards the end of the year), but thought I'd mention a high-end screen capture option (because is costs $40 after a 30 day free trial period). The product "Snagit" from http://www.techsmith.com/ is one I have used for a number of years and the cost is well worthwhile, if you do a lot of screen captures and especially presentations. It has a Studio tool that allows you to add all those captions and the like that make presentations and instructional documentation so much more professional. It will capture the full screen, active screen, a portion of the screen and even scroll down and capture long pages that are off the bottom of the page in one image. Better still, it will capture images in gif, jpg or a number of other formats. So, if you intend to do a lot of screen capturing, I would certainly recomend Snagit as a great option.
