maxdev.com closed ?

Tried to access http://www.maxdev.com but got a page saying

"        CLOSED
Because of users' lack of collaboration...
because of a series of facts happened in the last weeks but consequence 
of a long time polemics...
because of enormous waste of energy and work from all of us
and because of this is not appreciated at all...

we've decided to close indefinitely either MaxDev either connected 
resources (Openitalia etc)...
we regret to must take this decision, but we've not an alternative... "
