what's needed to get 1.0 out?
is there a checklist?
is it only bug fixes of known bugs?
or is there some testing threshold that needs to be met (to ferret out 
unknown bugs)?
are more/better docs "required" for 1.0 or would that just be "nice if we 
had it in time"
more theme? (again, required or nice to have?)
anything else?
