freenet is off the ground

Hi folks,

freenet <http://www.freenetproject.org> seems to have got off 
the ground and it has become rather usable now. Very worthwile
endeavour, and worth our support, I think. It is the only
project I'm aware of that can really guarantee online privacy.
And it helps to avoid censorship.

These last two are up-to-date distributions generated by my node, 
identical to the official downloads but with routing tables
seeded from a running network which is a Good Thing.
(Each of these two URLs is good for 100 downloads for 24 hrs, and 
our scoring filter didn't like it with http prepended.)
