For me, question 1 is answered in our joint response. That is our shared 
vision, the common set of goals which brought us together in the first 
place. I really don't think there's much to add to that.

I'm already around most days, I don't mind making accommodations on my time, 
should the need arise, but I couldn't quantify by the hour.

Since the PMC's primary focus, as management, is to give direction to the 
team, make resources available to project members, and delegate tasks, be 
that development, quality assurance, documentation, support, promotion, or 
other activities as needed, I guess all (whoever is eventually elected) will 
be judged on how well they perform in those duties.

Mainly, bugfixes, module updates, module development, helping out in IRC, 
and these here forums, and pre-release testing.
