I made several of the current icons, the pie among them.  "Remove" is 
one of the actions I wanted to represent with a single icon throughout. 
  While the pie may be a good/comfortable image for remove among us, I 
don't think it's used that way anywhere else.  Tango has list-add (plus) 
and list-remove (minus), and is where I took the new concepts from. 
Following external conventions (icons are easy) can make the learning 
curve less steep for new users when they see familiar imagery.  Perhaps 
we need to see them in context for the full effect.

I put them in roles because to me they seem most closely associated to 
users, and roles is where those dd properties are anyway.  An argument 
could be made to put all the standard icons in base, but in either case 
I think the contact icons should all be together.
