Re: Proposal: Communications policy

I have to say that I personally think there have been some miscommunication, 
I think that yes the forums are going to be the "official" line for 
communication in the since that is the PMC's preference. That said that 
doesn't mean people aren't free to use the news groups, they will still get 
checked and still get answered.

As the signal/noise stuff I don't understand, but hey the news groups are 
here use them, that is after all what they are here for.
