Draft: Updated Xaraya Style Guide

One of the things I did during the election (besides making a ton of 
icons) was to put together a new Style Guide for Xaraya. It discusses 
how Xaraya organizes CSS, explains usage of the well known required 
classes, talks about how modules and themes interact and complement each 
other, presents some general user interface design best practices, and more.

Some may remember the style guide Mikespub wrote years ago, but this one 
is completely new, and takes a more general approach.

I am seeking feedback, additions, and corrections so that all interested 
people can benefit from it.
