Why push *instantly* to the code?

We have this Request List on http://bugs.xaraya.com/request.cgi.

I agree that minor ML issues or typos should be pushed instantly. Core issues
should be put on request in bugzilla. Even bigger module issues should stay on
that list. The heavier the issue is the longer has the committer to wait.
