Jamaica repository on line

Thanks to the efforts of several folks who lent a hand the repository 
for the jamaica core is now up and running.

I have pushed the scenario merges detailed in my post of February 25th
to this repository.
I have also reversed the revisions concerning copyright notices, so that
the DDF copyright messages are once again included in the files. As
concerns this issue, which generated some controversy, I have asked the
PMC that steps be taken to resolve the matter in the near future.

 From here on out I'll be largely following the path outline in the post
mentioned above, and asking for input. Periodic info will appear on this 
mailing list and/or the jamaica forum on www.xaraya.com.
