DataObject and DataObjectList in Jamaica

As is well known both of these are extensions of the DataObjectMaster 
class in dynamicdata. In the past there have been discussions about the 
implementation of DataObjectList and how it relates to DataObject.

In refactoring DD I am considering for a number of reasons recasting 
DataObjectList as an extension of DataObject.
