Jamaica and PostgreSQL

Windows users wanting to use Jamaica with PostgreSQL should take note 
that there is a bug in PHP 5.2.6 and higher that impedes correct loading 
of the PostgreSQL extension. If you want to use PostgreSQL, make sure 
you have PHP 5.2.5 installed instead.
