AJAX/jQuery and the Calendar Property

I set up a page that loads a form via jQuery, then it submits it via 
jQuery and continues to remain on the page.

The form that is loaded includes a Calendar property field. The first 
time it is loaded via AJAX, it works correctly.

Any attempt to use the field in subsequent forms opens the popup window 
but fails to direct the date clicked back to the form.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or know of a solution?
