Jamaica will move to PHP 5.3

The final release of Xaraya 2.0.0 (Jamaica) will require PHP version 5.3 
or higher. This decision is driven mainly by the problems with 
PostgreSQL and the incomplete DateTime support in the 5.2.x versions.

The current beta releases will continue for now with the recommended PHP 
version 5.2.6.
