I would argue that if BL was standalone a feature to get tags from many
locations would be a good thing, no? 

Actually I was more concerned about 'where do i edit stuff' and prevent
things like 'yeah, you have to clean the pre-compile-tag-move directory
if you edit your tags' 

If the cleanest solution is to move tags to a convenient location for
runtime purposes, so be it.
