xarTinyMCE_3.0.0_released

xarTinyMCE 3.0.0 for xaraya aruba and all xarigami branches has been
released with totally rewritten code and user interface to take full
advantage of the latest upstream Moxicode tinymce wysiwyg editor
changes. Faster loading, easier multiple configurations and multiple
configurations per page with access to the full range of tinymce
configuration options.
