Meeting proposal

In the absence of any response to my previous post I propose holding a 
short meeting this Sunday March 28 at the usual time 19:00  GMT.

Agenda topics would be to take up those of the previous 2 meetings, 
review status and decide on next steps.

In addition I think it would be a good idea to discuss the current state 
of the PMC.

If no one else is available to chair the meeting I will do so.
