2.1.0 release scenario

In light of the decision last Sunday to release 2.1.0 briskly I will be 
spinning off a new 2.1.0 release scenario soon. The timing will depend a 
bit on what's pending. Those committing to the main branch of Jamaica:

- if you have minor enhancements and bugfixes, please carry on :)

- if you have "major" new stuff to add (assuming it's not -ahem- worth a 
scenario), please hold off until the release scenario has been spun off.

If you need to push new stuff sooner, please let me know and if nihil 
obstat I'll hive off the release scenario earlier to give you green light.

Please also take note that once the release scenario is created, I'll 
request that bugfixes be pushed there, rather than to the main branch of 
Jamaica (where that is practical, anyway).
