How do you search bugzilla?

I know the newsgroup used to be a great way to follow bugzilla, since that 
group doesn't work at the moment I am wondering how do you search bugzilla?

I can do basic searches, but beyond that I have no clue.

Some searches I would like to perform:

Bugs with latest comments
Latest 2.x.x Bugs (all and Core)
Latest 1.x.x Bugs (all and Core)

Please note I am posting this here and on the forum
