That all depends on whether you keep the 'html' directory in your
installation. Take out the html directory and move everything down the
directory structure by one level, and the instructions are correct.

The html directory in the installation is just there to group the files
together that are to be installed in the root directory of your web server.
It is not necessarily meant to be a directory to keep.
