Actually just received word someone else had the same problem, so don't feel
so bad :)
There obviously must have been something wrong there for a substantial
period of time. I imagine it was a system exception of the type I reported
on the bug list from the descriptions I've received. Just not sure why it
should happen 'out of the blue'.

Gone now, hopefully it won't reappear !
