RFC Index missing?

Hello,

I am trying to access the Xaraya RFC's, but I cannot since the index 
files are missing etc... Any ideas how to get where I want?

In the special case I am looking for documentation on accessing 
variables in templates for publication types, i.e. a list of variables 
etc.

?!
