Hi linoj

Each opensource project probably has their own guidelines for submission and
preferred tools.

At Xaraya we can accept documentation for in xml, marked up in docbook, or
html/xhtml. On the xaraya.com website we publish all documentation by markup
with xhtml, and have a wysiwyg editing enabled as an option.

Programs like Word can provide html output, but we would require some clean
up our output prior to publication.

If you'd like to submit documentation to Xaraya.com, then you also have the
option of emailing the document, or you can submit the document directly on
xaraya.com where others can comment, and you can edit until you feel happy
to publish it (I need to add you to the Collab Docs group for this).

We do very much appreciate contributions to documentation!
Contact me about it if you'd like.

Jo
