Cool all volunteers welcome!

The plan is that we'll knock together a rough structure for the docs in 
the next week and then anyone will be able to pick a chapter and write it.
Each chapter will be kind of independant so we should get some form of 
documentation even before all the sections are complete.
The documentation itself will almost certainly be in docbook. But for 
ease of use by the writers one could use OpenOffice and then convert the 
.sxw file to a .dbk file using XSLT transformation (theres a howto 
somewhere - when i find it ill link to it from docs site).
