If it is in MS Word, you should be able to paste directly now into 
xarTinyMCE on xaraya.com and the attribute fileters ensure it is converted 
direct to XHTML. May need a bit of editing for layout depending on what 
formating is in the original doc, but generally i've found it quite 
effective needing little if any editing.
