No, it's not premature to start talking about translations. There's a
beta release, and if we/you want it to be tested in other
languages/encodings some other people should have the chance to get to
it. Also, as long as there is docs being written, there's a good
enough time to start translating them. There's even a .ru site!

I'm afraid that this pace on international efforts brings up a
situation like in PN, when lots of bad, out-of-sync, etc. sites
started rising.

Also, that can start gathering the translators and also sorting among
them the wheat from that other plant.

I think you're narrowing way too much the meaning of "docs".

BTW, I'm liking that Theme tutorial very much. A friend just went to
PN.com and commented: they have no concern for newbies! For me, this
tutorial is exactly that: a complete newbie starting point. Once
again, nice job.
