Download pub type tute

I've done a bit of a tutorial on setting up a Downloads publication type
with Articles/Upload Mod/Dynamic Data. It's long winded atm being first
draft and I have to edit it yet.  The method works just fine for me :-)
although I hope it can be streamlined a bit in the future. But I want to
qualify I never did find out how Download pub type is *supposed* to be
setup.
If anyone reads the tute, and has a better way of using dynamic
data/uploads - let me know and I'll update the tute during my edit of it.
