Access or Block layout rendering problems?

If blocklayout is dying How do I get my site back?
What if I can't login as Admin to fix the problem?


In addition to theme = print To fix the site (to make blocklayout work), I
had to add the variables to login after index.php in the URL to allow logon
as administrator (replace the stuff in < > with your own config)

   index.php?module=roles&func=login&uname=<admin name>&pass=<admin
password>&theme=print
